This course is intended for pregnant people (and partners or support person) in preparation for the postpartum period.
It aims to empower and inspire mothers, helping them feel supported, resourced, and *centered* as they enter their journey to motherhood.
This course will explore everything from the "why" behind our needs for postpartum rest, to recipes and nutrition that promote postpartum healing, to building your own postpartum plan that meets your unique needs and the needs of your family.
We also decided to build a one-on-one session with Krista into this course, creating the time and space to discuss your *individualized* postpartum plan.
This is an online, 5-week course.
